Moving and Growing

We have proved that moving with a 12 day old can be done. But, only with a great amount of help (tremendous thanks to our families) and with most of the packing done before the birth.

We are slowly getting settled. On a good day I can get 2 or 3 boxes unpacked, but some days none get unpacked.

We finally have a couch and some furniture in our living room now that our floors are done. We spent 11 days in our new house with the couch in the garage!

It's hard to believe that Jenna is 4 weeks old now. She is very popular. The first piece of mail that we received at our new house was for Miss Jenna Whitelaw. We have had fun with her many visitors of family and friends. So far, she has had only 6 days spent with just Mommy and Daddy.

She is really starting to move her extremities around a lot, her cheeks are getting chubby, she will follow you or objects with her eyes, and she can move her head from right to left during tummy time. She's growing so fast! She weighs around 10 lbs now according to our bathroom scale.

Jenna Claire is born!

The wait is finally over! Jenna Claire was born Wednesday, May 30 at 6:51 am. She weighed 7 pounds 1 1/4 ounces and measures 19 1/2 inches. She is absolutely beautiful! Most newborns are just not that cute, but Jenna truly is cute (if I thought any differently, there would be a problem with me). Here's our new family:
