Jenna 14.5

Jenna is 14.5 today! She is 64 inches tall. That's 3/4 inch growth since turning 14. This is her 9th grade picture. She's been involved in lots of new things this year - marching band and basketball. She is a good student and enjoys reading, music, and spending time with friends. She is fun, light, and laughter. She's a good friend and loves God and her family! Happy half-birthday, Jenna! We love you!

Thanksmas 2021

Monday, November 22nd - We headed to Wichita for Thanksmas. The first time for all of the Keathley side to be together in 2 years! We arrived, enjoyed dinner together. Then, I enjoyed visiting with Abbie.

Tuesday, November 23rd - We enjoyed lunch at NuWay. And, it was such a nice day, we went to play at the park. Leaves still on the trees, and a bluebonnet still growing in the yard. At the park, we saw another friend we grew up with at church.
We enjoyed playing a new monopoly game - Monopoly Deal - that David and Katie brought with them.
Tuesday night, Jenna looked after Owen while David and Katie went on a date. This was a sweet moment. And, I enjoyed visiting with Natalie.

Wednesday morning, November 24th - We woke up and the Texas Keathleys had arrived! Our first time to meet Claire!

So sweet!!
And, Jenna was excited to see Mikey, too!
Lunch gathering

LOTS of playing!

Wednesday evening, we went to the Wild Lights at the zoo.

It was so unique!

The Chinese dragon was amazing and across from it, all the birth year themes. Dad found his year of the Pig!

The butterflies were my favorite.

And these ornament swings were really cool! As we were leaving, it got cold and windy really fast!

Driving around looking at Christmas lights with the big kids in their pajamas.

Saturday, November 27th - Last chances for play. We LOVED watching Michigan beat Ohio State together!

Then it was time to say goodbye and start our way home.
Jenna created a game on the way home - "Whose Eyeball?" She'd zoom in on a picture and have us guess whose eyeball! So funny! We spent the night in Hays.
Sunday, November 28th - Home sweet home! It was good to be together and good to be home! Another Merry Thanksmas!
